Dave Law and Dave Healey hit the Roaches for some evening cragging.
DH started off with a cruise up Central route, with the worrying grade of VS 4a. (steady climbing but rubbish gear!) Definitely the man for the job on this one...
DL followed with a lead of Saul's crack, well chuffed he got up it (just!), as the old finger injury didn't seem to play up at all. DH wasn't quite so impressed though, as much thashing around was needed to remove DL's expertly placed (errm, welded in?) friends...
DH finished off with a lead of Wallaby direct. Well, kind of. OK he had a few rests, but all that effort getting gear out had taken its toll.
Finished off with a pint at the 3 horseshoes - with just about every other climber we'd seen on the crag that evening.
All that, AND we missed suffering Liverpool losing the Champions League!
